JD Watches Corp in New York City is seeking a motivated Luxury Watch Sales Associate to join our growing team. You will develop client relationships, drive sales, manage leads, and deliver a high-touch experience from inquiry through purchase and beyond.

The ideal candidate has professional luxury watch sales experience, deep knowledge of brands, and a proven ability to build a personal client book, including collectors and high-net-worth individuals.

Qualifications

• Previous professional sales experience required; luxury sales experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of major luxury watch brands (Rolex, Patek Philippe, AP, Cartier, Omega, Richard Mille, etc.).
• Understanding of primary and secondary luxury watch markets.
• Experience with clienteling and managing a client book.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with new, existing, and VIP clients.
• Drive sales and contribute to team goals.
• Develop and manage a personal client book through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Sell high-value timepieces with knowledgeable, personalized service.
• Maintain accurate client information and sales activity in the CRM.
