Job summary

Moncler is seeking a Director of Retail Training to lead the training strategy and execution for directly operated stores and concessions across the Americas. Reporting to the Vice President of Retail, the role oversees Field Training Managers and provides hands-on coaching to deliver selling excellence, client experience, and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field preferred.
• 8–10+ years in retail training or leadership in multi-unit settings.
• Luxury retail experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Retail Training strategy for Americas stores and concessions.
• Coach Field Training Managers and in-store Trainers for consistency.
• Develop learning programs aligned with commercial goals.
• Partner with HR, Merchandising, CRM, and Visual Merchandising.
