Job summary

Moncler seeks a Director of Retail Training to lead learning strategy for directly operated stores and concessions across the Americas. You will guide Field Training Managers, design programs, and partner with Retail, HR, CRM, Visual Merchandising, and Global Training to raise client experience and performance.

This hands-on, field-facing role requires regular store presence, travel up to 30%, and four days per week on site at the New York corporate office in Soho.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 8–10+ years in retail training, learning and development or leadership.
• Luxury retail experience highly preferred.
• Proven ability to design and deliver learning programs across multiple stores.
• Ability to coach leaders and frontline teams to improve performance.
• Experience managing priorities across geographically dispersed locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Retail Training strategy for Moncler stores and concessions across the Americas.
• Coach Field Training Managers and in-store Trainers to ensure consistency.
• Partner with VP of Retail and other functions to align learning with business needs.
• Design and localize learning programs for clienteling, product expertise, and leadership.
• Oversee field coaching, learning calendars, and budget for the region.
• Support onboarding and development of store leaders and teams.
