Moncler is seeking a Director, Client Development, Americas to lead client development strategy across the region and accelerate acquisition, engagement, retention, and long-term value for luxury clients. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on partnerships with Retail, CRM, and Global teams, and requires coaching regional managers and engaging key clients.

Based in New York with on-site requirement, the role entails travel up to 15% and a base salary range of $160,000–$190,000 plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in client development.
• Experience in luxury retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Americas client development strategy.
• Drive client acquisition, retention and engagement.
• Coach regional Client Relations Managers and store teams.
• Collaborate with Retail, CRM, Marketing and Global teams.
