Job summary

Moncler is seeking a Director, Client Development, Americas to drive client development across the Americas, accelerating acquisition, engagement, retention, and long-term value. You will lead the regional team, partner with Retail leadership, and influence CRM, Training, Merchandising, and Global teams to embed a client-centric culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in client development and relationship management, preferably luxury retail or high-touch hospitality.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Hospitality, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional client development strategy for the Americas; translate strategy into store-level action plans.
• Coach Regional Client Relations Managers and frontline teams; ensure clienteling standards.
• Develop VICs and high-potential client journeys to drive long-term value.
• Monitor KPIs and provide performance reporting to Retail leadership and Global partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align client development with product launches and events.
