ALASTIN is seeking a Director, Loyalty & Omnichannel Growth to own its B2B2C loyalty ecosystem, digital experiences, data, and communications. This leader drives engagement, retention, and revenue across channels by connecting field, practices, and consumers through loyalty and CRM strategy.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in omnichannel loyalty, CRM or analytics.
• Experience launching customer-facing digital loyalty programs.
• Strong segmentation, LTV, propensity modeling and testing.
• Familiar with loyalty platforms, CRM and data platforms.
• Experience leading budgets and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Willingness to travel to industry meetings.

Responsibilities

• Own B2B2C loyalty programs from strategy to go-to-market.
• Lead omnichannel roadmap and CRM/data strategy.
• Manage budgets, teams, agencies, and partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, IT, Legal, and Finance.
