Summary ALASTIN is seeking a Director, Loyalty & Omnichannel Growth to own its B2B2C loyalty ecosystem: the programs that reward and grow its practices and the consumers those practices serve, and the digital experiences, data, and communications that connect them. This leader drives engagement, retention, and revenue across every channel by connecting the field, practices, and consumers through loyalty, digital experiences, and data. The role leads the launch of both the B2B and B2C loyalty programs, including strategy and business requirements, financial modeling, go-to-market, and field enablement. Once the programs have launched, it owns them end to end: strategy, mechanics and promotions, measurement, and optimization. This role also owns the connected omnichannel roadmap, inclusive of the 360-degree customer-data strategy and the CRM strategy, with a CRM lead reporting in. This is a hands‑on leadership role. The director personally runs program management and delivery, directs agency partners to hit milestones and go‑to‑market timelines, and brings real analytical depth, using segmentation, lifetime value, predictive analytics, and experimentation to guide decisions. They stay close to the field, equipping reps to partner with their accounts and use the programs for pull‑through, supporting usage, and gathering feedback that shapes what comes next. They also work across departments and with senior leadership to align budgets, roadmaps, and compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, marketing, or related discipline.
