Job summary

TalentoHC is seeking a Senior Director, Loyalty Technology to lead the technology platforms that power the organization’s loyalty program. You will oversee CRM, customer data, marketing automation, and targeted communications to drive engagement and business outcomes.

The role requires a strong technology background, experience bridging IT, Marketing, and operations, and a proven track record delivering enterprise loyalty solutions for a global brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Marketing, Business or related field.
• 10+ years in marketing technology, CRM, IT, or tech program management with leadership.
• Experience overseeing loyalty programs in consumer-facing industries.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee technology platforms supporting the loyalty program, including CRM, databases, segmentation, email marketing, and campaign targeting.
• Lead development, enhancement, and optimization of loyalty technology systems to support business objectives.
• Partner with Marketing, IT, Digital, and stakeholders to translate loyalty requirements into scalable tech solutions.
• Oversee configuration and execution of loyalty campaigns, personalized offers, and member communications.
• Lead technology initiatives including platform implementations, integrations, enhancements, and process improvements.
• Manage technology vendors and external partners to ensure platform performance and reliability.
• Oversee data integration and management across loyalty and CRM platforms for segmentation and targeting.
• Lead cross-functional teams, manage roadmaps, and ensure delivery of loyalty programs.
• Support loyalty strategy ensuring tech capabilities align with member experience and business goals.
