Job summary

Galderma seeks a Director of Loyalty & Omnichannel Growth to own its B2B2C loyalty ecosystem and the connected omnichannel roadmap. You will drive engagement, retention, and revenue by linking field teams, practices, and consumers through loyalty, CRM, and data-enabled experiences.

You'll lead strategy, measurements, and go-to-market efforts for both B2B and B2C programs, coordinating budgets and partnerships while enabling the field with analytics and training.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years across omnichannel strategy, loyalty, CRM, analytics, or digital marketing.
• Proven loyalty program strategy, development, and management.
• Experience launching customer-facing digital programs end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own the B2B2C loyalty ecosystem and digital experiences end-to-end.
• Lead launch of B2B and B2C loyalty programs with go-to-market plans.
• Drive engagement, retention, and revenue across channels through data.
