Travel is significant, with a focus on developing relationships, optimizing operations, and delivering measurable improvements through Lean Six Sigma methods and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
• 8–10 years in supply chain, logistics, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of logistic site leadership with budget experience.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or training preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer relationship skills.
• Robust understanding of supply chain strategies.
• Strong problem-solving ability, planning/organization skills, and decision-making ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the network vision and translate it to sites and employees.
• Grow revenue and margins by expanding customer relationships and value-based proposals.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with stakeholders.
• Monitor site KPIs and introduce new metrics to improve performance.
• Meet General Managers monthly to ensure daily operations visibility.
• Drive safety initiatives across the network to reduce risks.
• Build customer profiles and review issues, info flow, and contracts.
• Present complete proposals and value solutions aligned with objectives.
• Provide leadership and training to employees; coordinate with Learning & Development.
