Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Director of Logistic Operations to lead regional site operations, partner with site General Managers, and optimize performance across the network. You will manage complex client relationships, identify value-added services, and drive long-range plans for efficiency and profitability.

Significant travel is required. You will shape KPI-driven improvements, coach staff, and implement Lean Six Sigma initiatives while maintaining alignment with corporate goals and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business management, logistics, or related field required.
• Lean Six Sigma and/or Supply Chain certification or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct operational activities for regional sites via site General Managers.
• Manage customer relationships and identify value-added services for customers.
• Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews and report on KPI performance.
• Drive safety initiatives and improve site efficiency and financial performance.
• Travel frequently to oversee sites and implement programs across the network.
