• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business management, logistics, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 3-5 years of logistic site leadership with budgetary experience.
• Lean Six Sigma and/or SC certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and management skills and financial understanding.

Responsibilities

• Execute and shape network vision; translate to sites and employees.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews; communicate performance and value.
• Oversee site KPI performance; introduce new metrics for insight.
• Travel 50-75% to sites and support operations; ensure safety initiatives.
