Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Director of Logistic Operations to lead regional site performance, analyze customer needs, and drive value-added services. You will partner with site General Managers to maximize efficiency, revenue, and profits while maintaining safety and Lean Six Sigma initiatives across the network.

The role requires frequent travel, strategic planning, and strong leadership to align operations with client objectives and company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business management, logistics, or related field required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute the vision for the network and translate it downstream to sites and employees.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and communicate cadence.
• Lead monthly/quarterly reviews and assess site KPI performance.
• Drive safety initiatives across the network and promote a culture of safety.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and training to all employees within the operation.
