Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Director of Logistic Operations to lead regional sites, manage client relationships, and drive value through solution selling. The role requires frequent travel and a focus on safety, efficiency, and profit optimization within a Lean Six Sigma framework.

The position emphasizes strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and strong communication with General Managers and customers to deliver measurable improvements across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business management, logistics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8-10 years of supply chain management, business management or logistics experience; regulatory experience may be site-specific.
• 3-5 years of logistic site leadership with budgetary experience; Lean Six Sigma certification or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the network vision and translate it downstream to sites and employees.
• Identify new business opportunities and maximize revenue and margins with existing customers by developing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Facilitate monthly and quarterly business reviews that showcase performance and value.
• Oversee day-to-day site performance against KPIs and introduce new metrics to amplify insight and impact.
• Meet monthly with General Managers to ensure alignment of daily operations.
• Drive safety initiatives across the network to reduce risks and promote a culture of safety.
• Build customer profiles and review issues, organizations, opportunities, and contracts.
• Build business cases and present proposals and value solutions aligned with customer objectives.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and training to all employees; collaborate with L&D.
• Direct the implementation of new programs across functions; apply Lean Six Sigma for efficiency.
• Regularly visit sites and maintain alignment with Kenco principles.
• Other duties as assigned.
