Job summary

TH Experiential is seeking a Producer to join its production team in New York. The role focuses on managing day-to-day execution of projects, owning workstreams, and ensuring on-time delivery with a strong emphasis on fabrication, permitting, and onsite logistics.

You will collaborate across production, fabrication, and client teams, track budgets in real time, and help build client-ready materials while growing toward more independent lifecycle ownership.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in event production or experiential marketing.
• Experience supporting projects up to $500K and tracking budgets.
• Ability to manage 1–2 projects concurrently.
• Fabrication exposure and knowledge of COIs/permitting.
• Onsite load-in, site surveys, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support projects from kickoff to closeout following TH processes.
• Own workstreams, track tasks, hit deadlines, inform stakeholders.
• Attend internal meetings, take notes, issue action items.
• Coordinate logistics across project workstreams and timelines.
• Flag issues early and bring solutions to the team.
• Travel to events as required for on-site support.
• Review drawings with Senior Producer and learn to read specs.
