Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a seasoned operations professional to oversee production logistics for live events at the Regent Bank Amphitheater in Broken Arrow, OK. You will coordinate technical requirements, supervise load-ins, show runs, and back-of-house operations, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates hold a theater degree and have several years in performing arts operations, with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Theater with technical emphasis or professional equivalence.
• 3-year minimum experience working in a performing arts center/theater.
• Knowledge of operations, maintenance, and stage management.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with licensee all pre-performance technical requirements.
• Oversee load-ins, set ups, show runs and strikes for all shows.
• Coordinate backstage logistics with Stage Employees Union representatives.
• Prepare event information and maintain client/event files.
• Prepare and process stage employee payroll and vendor charges.
• Supervise a preventative maintenance program for all light, sound, and backstage equipment.
• Provide training and safe working conditions for stage personnel.
