Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a responsible Event Services Manager to supervise staff and oversee all aspects of facility operations for events at the Regent Bank Amphitheater in Oklahoma. You will coordinate with clients, plan meeting spaces, and ensure smooth service delivery for conventions, concerts, and large gatherings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Two years of management-level experience coordinating events in a convention center or major hotel.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Working knowledge of facility management, services, and equipment for a similar facility.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees all aspects of facility operations related to events.
• Meets with client groups to plan and organize assigned meetings and/or events.
• Coordinates activities with service contractors for assigned meetings and/or events.
• Guides clients in preparation of events by interpreting and explaining contract provisions and procedures.
• Keeps clients informed on deadline schedules and other relevant details.
• Prepares cost estimates and monitors final billing.
• Provides clear, concise, and timely communication of requirements to operations.
• Assists in scheduling operational set-ups to provide equipment or service needs.
• Monitors and supervises facility set-up when necessary.
• Assists in training Event Services staff.
• Serves as liaison between clients and facility departments.
• Monitors in-house events and follows up on requests and problems.
