Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Box Office Manager for Regent Bank Amphitheatre in Broken Arrow, OK. You will supervise ticket sellers, manage group sales, and ensure accurate cash handling and reconciliation. The role requires accounting and customer service experience, and prior box office operations exposure is preferred.

You will coordinate with promoters and venue staff, maintain inventory records, and uphold excellent customer service during event operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years related experience.
• Experience in accounting and customer service essential.
• Box office experience in a similar environment preferred.
• Supervisory experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Prepares or assists with daily business transaction reports.
• Prepares nightly deposits and reconciliations.
• Supervises and schedules ticket sellers; completes weekly payroll.
• Processes group sales orders and complimentary ticket requests.
• Coordinates event information between promoter, facility staff and ticket company.
• Maintains communication with ticket company representatives for updates.
• Maintains cash bank and daily inventory of tickets.
• Assists with final box office settlement for each event.
• Responds to customer complaints and service requests; maintains rapport.
• Maintains event files (seats on hold, vouchers, audits, inventory).
• Maintains accurate count of tickets sold and money received.
• Sells tickets as needed; opens/closes box office as required.
• Dispenses tickets and handles payments accurately.
