Job summary
Legends Global is the premier partner to live events, delivering a full solution for venues and brands. The IT Manager will support staff IT needs at Regent Bank Amphitheatre in Broken Arrow, OK, acting as a liaison with the IT department for network and application issues while enabling data-driven decisions through reporting.
The role requires a BA in Computer Sciences and at least two years of IT support experience, with strong Office and Crystal Reports proficiency to drive productivity.
Qualifications
- BA degree in Computer Sciences required.
- At least 2 years of IT support experience.
Responsibilities
- Support IT application needs for all staff.
- Develop protocols for staff technology usage.
- Function as a liaison with IT Department regarding network support issues.
- Function as a liaison with Legends Global IT Department regarding corporate applications and systems issues.
- Report creation and writing for business analysis purposes.
- Assist in development of marketing and business presentation technology projects.
- Training and support for Microsoft Office usage by staff.
- Identify and implement other software applications to enhance productivity.
- Identify and implement hardware opportunities to enhance productivity.
- Troubleshooting of application and network problems.
- All other duties as assigned.
