The IT Manager will support staff IT needs at Regent Bank Amphitheatre in Broken Arrow, OK, acting as a liaison with the IT department for network and application issues while enabling data-driven decisions through reporting.

The role requires a BA in Computer Sciences and at least two years of IT support experience, with strong Office and Crystal Reports proficiency to drive productivity.

Qualifications

• BA degree in Computer Sciences required.
• At least 2 years of IT support experience.

Responsibilities

• Support IT application needs for all staff.
• Develop protocols for staff technology usage.
• Function as a liaison with IT Department regarding network support issues.
• Function as a liaison with Legends Global IT Department regarding corporate applications and systems issues.
• Report creation and writing for business analysis purposes.
• Assist in development of marketing and business presentation technology projects.
• Training and support for Microsoft Office usage by staff.
• Identify and implement other software applications to enhance productivity.
• Identify and implement hardware opportunities to enhance productivity.
• Troubleshooting of application and network problems.
• All other duties as assigned.
