Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a skilled Stage Supervisor to coordinate pre-show technical requirements and oversee load-ins, show runs, and strikes for a variety of performances at the Regent Bank Amphitheater in Broken Arrow, OK.

The role emphasizes supervision, safety, and collaboration with unions, vendors, and event staff to ensure a seamless guest experience during civic events, Broadway shows, and tours.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Theater with technical emphasis or professional equivalence.
• 3-year minimum experience working in a performing arts center/theater.
• Knowledge of operations, maintenance, and stage management.
• Working knowledge of applicable OSHA, state and other work environment and safety regulations.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with licensee all pre-performance technical requirements.
• Oversee load-ins, set ups, show runs and strikes for all shows.
• Coordinate backstage logistics for shows with local Stage Employees Union representatives.
• Prepare event information with the event manager.
• Coordinate front of house details for specified events.
