Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Event Coordinator to plan and organize event logistics at Regent Bank Amphitheater in Broken Arrow, OK. You will coordinate with service contractors, guide clients through contracts, and ensure timely communication and smooth operations for all events.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
