Job summary

LEGENDS GLOBAL is seeking an Operations Director to lead day-to-day venue and event operations at the Regent Bank Amphitheater in Broken Arrow, OK. You will coordinate across departments, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless event execution, safety, and guest experience.

The role requires 4–6+ years in venue operations with supervisory experience and a strong focus on safety, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. This is an on-site position with flexible hours around events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or related field.
• 4–6+ years in venue, facility, or event operations.
• 1–3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale events (conventions, concerts, multi-day programs).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of venue operations, including engineering, safety, and visitor services.
• Coordinate operational activities with internal departments, clients, promoters, and vendors.
• Ensure facility readiness for all events and maintain compliance with safety standards.
• Support on-site leadership as Director on Duty and manage day-to-day facility operations.
