Job summary

Legends Global seeks an Operations Director to lead day-to-day venue and event operations for the Regent Bank Amphitheater in Oklahoma. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage event logistics, and ensure guest and client experiences across conventions, concerts, and outdoor programming.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 4–6+ years of experience in venue, facility, or event operations within arenas, convention centers, amphitheaters, or similar environments.
• 1–3+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience supporting large-scale events, including conventions, concerts, and multi-day programs.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of venue operations, including Engineering, Building & Grounds, Technical Services, Event Services, Public Safety, Security, Custodial, and Parking.
• Coordinates operational activities with internal departments, clients, promoters, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
• Ensures facility readiness for all events, including conventions, concerts, and outdoor amphitheater programming.
• Implements and enforces facility policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Anticipates operational challenges and proactively develops solutions to ensure minimal disruption to events.
