• Knowledge of market trends, tech advances like blockchain, and data-driven solutions.
• Proven leadership in large organizations with cross-functional impact.
• Strong regulatory/compliance understanding with audit readiness by market.
• Excellent verbal, written, and C-suite level presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Liquidity & Accounts penetration, growth, and wallet-share gains; coordinate cross-region opportunities.
• Lead North America specialist team; establish coverage model and book of work; drive revenue plans.
• Partner with corporate bankers and Payments Sales to identify opportunities; expand liquidity wallet share.
• Sponsor priority client engagements; shape RFPs and pitches; design compliant account architectures.
• Influence product roadmap using voice of customer, data, and trends.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness across jurisdictions; manage risk.
• Elevate market presence through events, webinars, and client engagement.
