Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President, Liquidity & Account Solutions Specialist within Payments. You will partner with financial institutions and market participants to solve complex cash, liquidity, and account challenges, driving client engagement and growth.

You will deliver customized liquidity solutions, lead cross-functional initiatives, and influence product strategy while managing a portfolio of FI relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Payments, Treasury Services, Transaction Banking, FI coverage, Liquidity Management, Markets, or related financial services.
• Experience developing client strategies, commercial proposals, and multi-product solution frameworks.
• Strong understanding of financial institutions including banks, asset managers, fintechs, insurers, and related participants.
• Knowledge of liquidity and account solutions, including cash concentration and virtual accounts.
• Familiarity with third-party money structures, client money concepts, and related risks.
• Strong client-facing skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to translate concepts into client value.
• Ability to operate across matrixed orgs and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex client needs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor on liquidity and account solutions for FI clients.
• Develop customized solutions across deposits, account structures, and liquidity management.
• Partner with Sales and Banking to identify opportunities and drive growth.
• Design account and liquidity structures for efficiency, visibility, control, and regulatory needs.
• Develop client proposals, presentations, and business cases with benefits and implementation considerations.
• Advise clients on treasury and liquidity use cases including various funds.
• Support go-to-market strategies for emerging models (embedded finance, platform ecosystems).
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Technology to implement solutions.
• Provide thought leadership on treasury transformation and payments innovation.
• Gather market intelligence to influence product strategy and roadmaps.
• Manage and grow FI relationships to drive retention and wallet share.
