Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States seeks a Product Solutions Manager to design liquidity and account solutions for Commercial Bank clients and prospects, partnering with Sales to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

You will serve as SME on U.S. Liquidity & Account Solutions, support key client engagements, shape deposit strategies, and help Sales understand market trends to better serve clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience solving problems across multiple teams and products.
• Experience working in a sales cycle and engaging with clients regularly.
• Ability to support client solutioning at scale and tailor solutions.
• Experience in a highly matrixed and complex organization.
• Familiarity with liquidity, investment, cash management, escrow, and wholesale payments products.

Responsibilities

• Leads solutioning and adoption of client-facing products and capabilities, defining optimal solutions.
• Acts as SME on a set of Liquidity and Account products and market trends.
• Supports Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and training collateral.
• Engages with client teams to understand pain points and relay feedback to Product teams.
• Drives deposit pricing strategy aligned with rate environment and balance sheet objectives.
