JPMorganChase is seeking a growth-minded Business Manager – Vice President to join the Liquidity & Account Solutions Business Management team, supporting the North America Head of Liquidity & Account Solutions. This role focuses on deposit performance governance, strategic execution, and senior decision support across a globally regulated business.
As a VP in Finance & Business Management, you will optimize performance, advise business heads, and help identify and mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in financial services with matrixed delivery experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Lead complex workstreams end-to-end with cross-functional impact.
- Strong written and verbal communication for senior leaders.
Responsibilities
- Lead NA Liquidity & Account Solutions management agenda and KPIs.
- Own reporting and executive narratives for leadership reviews.
- Establish governance cadence: OKRs, tracking, targets.
- Collaborate with Finance and stakeholders on forecasts and spend.
- Support rapid, high-stakes deliverables for senior audiences.
- Ensure clear stakeholder communications across regions.
- Coordinate deposit governance, audits, and regulatory needs.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives for timely execution.
