The Head of Learning and Talent Management Technologies leads the learning and talent technology ecosystem, translating Growth & Development strategy into scalable, data-informed operations across learning, performance management, and skills development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Learning & Development, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent).
• 8+ years in HR technology, LMS/LXP or performance platforms; Workday preferred.
• Proven admin/optimisation of enterprise LMS and performance systems.
• Experience with LMS/Workday releases, testing, deployment coordination, stakeholder comms.
• Experience designing learning evaluation, analytics, and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day admin and continuous improvement of Workday Learning, Performance/Talent Management, and related learning tech.
• Ensure platforms are stable, scalable, user-friendly, aligned with enterprise strategies.
• Lead LMS and performance module release management, including testing and deployment readiness.
• Evolve support intake, governance, SOPs, and service levels with clear standards.
• Define LMS governance, taxonomy, metadata, content structures; strengthen reporting integrity.
• Support end-to-end performance management lifecycle in Workday (goals, reviews, calibration).
• Connect learning data with skills frameworks, career architectures, and AI-enabled tools.
• Lead dashboards, reporting, insights, and evaluation strategies demonstrating program impact.
• Lead and develop LMS admins while enabling a global administrator community.
