Job summary

International Flavors and Fragrances is seeking a Learning and Talent Management Technologies Lead to drive administration, governance, and optimization of our learning tech stack, including Workday LMS and related systems. You will enable scalable development experiences and partner with stakeholders globally.

The role emphasizes leading release management, data-driven insights, and AI-enabled learning initiatives while guiding a matrixed administrator community across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/LD or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in HR technology, learning systems, LMS/LXP, or performance management.
• Experience with Workday LMS releases, testing, and stakeholder communications.
• Strong analytics and reporting using Power BI or similar.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administration and optimization of Workday LMS and related learning technologies.
• Lead feature releases, impact assessments, testing, deployment readiness, and communications.
• Define LMS governance standards, taxonomy, metadata, and content structures.
• Manage technology integrations and AI-enabled learning initiatives.
• Lead dashboards, reporting, insights, and evaluation strategies to demonstrate impact.
• Coach LMS administrators and build a global administrator community.

The Learning and Talent Management Technologies Lead oversees the administration, governance, and continuous improvement of IFF's learning and talent management technology ecosystem. Reporting to the Global Head of Learning & Performance Enablement, this role is responsible for ensuring learning, performance management, and related talent technologies are effectively managed, and continuously optimized, enabling a consistent and scalable employee development experience.

• Oversee daily administration and optimization of Workday LMS, Performance/Talent Management, and related learning technologies.
• Lead features and system release management, including impact assessments, testing, deployment readiness, and communications.
• Oversee support intake, prioritization, SLAs, and escalations for learning and performance, identifying opportunities to improve and automate processes.
• Define and maintain LMS governance standards, taxonomy, metadata, and content structures to strengthen consistency, discoverability, and reporting integrity.
• Manage technology integrations, platform modernization initiatives, and the advancement of emerging AI enabled learning solutions that enhance the employee development experience.
• Manage the configuration and technical execution of the performance management lifecycle in Workday, including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and calibration processes.
• Leverage learning and performance data to enable skills-based talent practices by integrating competency frameworks, career architectures, LXP capabilities, and emerging AI-powered technologies.
• Lead dashboards, reporting, insights, and evaluation strategies thatdemonstrateprogram effectiveness, capability growth, behavior change, and business impact.
• Create learning evaluation frameworks and assessment tools that validate program effectiveness, measure capability growth, behavior change, and business impact
• Lead, coach, and support LMS administrators while building a global, matrixed administrator community with clear roles, standards, training, tools, and ongoing support.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Learning & Development, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, ora relatedfield, or equivalent experience.
• At least eight years of experience in HR technology, learning systems, LMS/LXP, or performance management platforms. Workday LMS experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience administering,optimizing, and improving enterprise LMS platforms and performance management systems.
• Experience supporting LMS and Workday releases, including testing, configuration, deployment coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience designing and executing learning evaluation strategies, measurement frameworks, assessment instruments, surveys, analytics, and data collection methods.
• Strong analytics and reporting capability, including Power BI or similar tools, Excel, data visualization, and executive-ready storytelling.
• Experience supporting performance management processes, related analytics, adoption, and manager and employee experience improvements.

Salary Ranges : 127,000.00 to 180,000.00
