Job summary

International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) is seeking a Learning and Talent Management Technologies Lead to drive administration, governance, and optimization of our learning tech ecosystem. You will report to the Global Head of Learning & Performance Enablement and ensure the Workday LMS, performance management, and related tools deliver a scalable employee development experience.

In this global role, you will lead system releases, governance standards, integrations, and AI-enabled learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Learning & Development, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 8+ years experience in HR technology, learning systems, LMS/LXP, or performance management platforms.
• Workday LMS experience strongly preferred.
• Experience administering and improving enterprise LMS and performance management systems.
• Strong analytics and reporting capabilities with tools like Power BI or Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administration and optimization of Workday LMS, Performance/Talent Management, and related learning technologies.
• Lead features and system release management, including impact assessments and communications.
• Define and maintain LMS governance standards, taxonomy, metadata, and content structures.
• Manage technology integrations and AI-enabled learning initiatives that enhance employee development.
• Lead dashboards, reporting, insights, and evaluation strategies to demonstrate program impact.
