Job summary

Corient seeks a Director, Head of Learning & Development to lead leadership and professional development across the firm. You will partner with HR and business leaders to align programs with strategy and demonstrate measurable impact.

With 10+ years in L&D, you will design, deliver, and measure programs across audiences and geographies, including leadership, early career, and high-potential talent, while operating onsite four days a week in NYC.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in learning and development or related fields.
• Experience facilitating leadership or professional development programs.
• Experience managing leadership development programs and multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Experience in professional services, financial services, consulting or wealth management is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver development initiatives aligned to business needs.
• Craft learning strategies across audiences, levels, and geographies.
• Facilitate live, virtual, hybrid, and cohort-based sessions with credibility.
• Manage calendars, communications, materials, logistics, and follow-ups.
• Track outcomes and use insights to drive program impact.
