Job summary

Mondrian Alpha is seeking a Global L&D Manager for its expanding New York City office. Reporting to the Global Head of HR, you will design and lead the rollout of enterprise-wide learning and development strategy with a highly autonomous, visible remit.

You will own a global portfolio of talent development initiatives, including L&D programs, manager training and career development framework roll-out, while building a high-performing team and partnering with the C-suite to translate business

• Experience designing and leading enterprise-wide L&D strategies.
• Ability to translate business needs into development initiatives.
• Proven track record building and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management with C-suite and HR leads.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead enterprise-wide L&D strategy rollout.
• Own global portfolio of talent development initiatives (L&D, manager training, career development).
• Build and lead a team and collaborate with C-suite and HR leads to translate needs into programs.
• Manage external content partners and drive impact assessments to improve offerings.
