Wings Credit Union seeks a Manager, Learning Experience Design & Innovation to lead strategy, design, and improvement of enterprise learning programs. You will oversee instructional designers, drive scalable, learner-centered training, and partner across the organization to identify capability needs and measure impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 5+ years' combined experience in developing/training for adult learning and/or financial services retail operations.
• 3+ years' team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple complex projects, cross-functional partnerships, and stakeholder relationships.
• Preferred: experience leading enterprise digital learning initiatives, technology implementations, and organizational change.
• Preferred: experience with learning analytics, data-driven decision-making, and managing modern LMS/LXP ecosystems.
• Preferred: financial services, credit union, or highly regulated industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise digital learning strategy aligned with cooperative principles and organizational goals.
• Lead large-scale learning transformation initiatives including LMS modernization and content migration.
• Evaluate emerging learning technologies and AI-enabled solutions with an agile approach.
• Establish governance standards for instructional design, content management, learning technologies, and analytics.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and design integrated learning solutions.
• Champion innovative learning approaches (VR, microlearning, social learning) to enhance learner effectiveness and drive change.
• Lead coaching and development of a high-performing instructional design team.
