The ideal candidate has 10+ years in L&D with leadership and enterprise initiatives, strong adult learning, LMS/Workday experience, and proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage budgets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Learning & Development or related fields with leadership experience.
• Experience designing enterprise-wide learning strategies and leadership development programs.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Own vision and roadmap for learning and development to support priorities and culture.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify gaps and develop scalable learning solutions.
• Lead onboarding, technical training, leadership development, and professional programs.
• Oversee learning delivery models including internal teams and external vendors.
• Establish governance and metrics linking learning to business outcomes.
• Coordinate service delivery across the enterprise with other leaders.
• Use data to improve learning effectiveness and ROI.
• Lead and develop the L&D team and manage budgets.
