The role emphasizes leadership of the LDS team, collaboration with partners, and driving innovation with AI-enabled approaches to scale impact across diverse learning programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 7+ years in learning design or related field.
• 3+ years leading learning design teams.
• Experience with clients, institutions, and partners.
• Knowledge of LMS platforms and authoring tools; AI-enabled design a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead LDS as functional leader and set priorities.
• Coach and develop Learning Designers; performance management.
• Oversee capacity, delivery, and budgets; ensure timelines and quality.
• Translate needs into effective learning strategies, curriculum frameworks, and development plans.
• Collaborate with partners to translate needs into scalable learning design solutions and proposals.
• Drive innovation, including AI, to improve quality, efficiency, and impact.
