Grant Thornton is seeking a Director, Leadership, Culture & Change to join the Global Integration Management Office. The role leads the people side of integration by developing and executing strategies related to leadership alignment, culture integration, organizational change management, communications, stakeholder engagement, and colleague experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in organizational change management, leadership development, culture transformation, HR consulting, communications, integration management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Demonstrated success influencing executive leaders and complex stakeholder groups.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience developing change management and communication strategies.

Responsabilités

• Align leadership teams with integration objectives and run leadership workshops and strategy sessions.
• Develop and implement change management strategies for acquisitions and transformation initiatives.
• Assess organizational culture and design culture integration strategies.
• Co-create communications and engagement plans with Corporate Communications.
• Design employee experience initiatives to support integration and transformation.
• Maintain governance and reporting on change adoption and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide status updates and recommendations to executive leadership.
