Job summary

Grant Thornton's Director, Leadership, Culture & Change within the Global Integration Management Office leads the people side of acquisitions, integrations and transformation programs, shaping leadership alignment, culture integration and organizational change management across complex stakeholder groups.

Working with executive sponsors, HR and communications teams, the role ensures organizational readiness and sustainable adoption throughout the integration lifecycle, tracks adoption outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in organizational change management, leadership development, culture transformation, HR consulting, communications, integration management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Demonstrated success influencing executive leaders and complex stakeholder groups.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience developing change management and communication strategies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives and integration sponsors to align leadership teams around integration objectives.
• Develop and implement change management strategies for acquisitions and transformation initiatives.
• Assess cultural differences and develop culture integration strategies.
• Collaborate with Communications to develop and execute stakeholder messaging.
• Design initiatives to improve employee experience and engagement during change.
• Serve as the change management lead for major integration programs and report to leadership.
