Job summary

Grant Thornton seeks a Director, Leadership, Culture & Change to join the Global Integration Management Office. This strategic role guides the people side of acquisitions and transformations, aligning leadership, culture, and change management across integrations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
10+ years of experience in organizational change management, leadership development, culture transformation, HR consulting, communications, integration management, or related disciplines.
Experience leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
Demonstrated success influencing executive leaders and complex stakeholder groups.
Strong facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
Experience developing change management and communication strategies.

Responsibilities

Partner with executives and integration sponsors to align leadership around integration objectives.
Develop and implement change management strategies for acquisitions and transformation initiatives.
Assess cultural differences and develop culture integration strategies.
Collaborate with Communications to develop comprehensive communication strategies throughout the lifecycle.
Design initiatives to support employees through integration and transformation activities.
Participate in integration governance and leadership forums and report on change adoption and engagement.
