Job summary

Final Mile Providers in Utah seeks a seasoned General Manager to lead daily 3PL operations, ensuring on-time delivery, strong team performance, and excellent customer service.

You will coordinate dispatch, delivery teams, warehouse staff, and client representatives to maintain service quality, drive process improvements, and uphold company standards with a focus on accountability and cost-efficient execution.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, last-mile delivery, or 3PL operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational performance.
