Responsibilities

• Lead Final Mile Partners and 3PL relationships to meet SOPs.
• Monitor metrics: cost per stop, cycle time, on-time delivery, returns.
• Oversee daily hub operations and participate in loadouts and standups.
• Audit on-site operations and resolve delivery failures.
• Collaborate with store management and provide training to delivery teams.
