Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Laboratory Systems & Data Platforms to lead product strategy for ELN/LIMS and related data platforms. You will own governance, roadmaps, and lifecycle management across DePuy Synthes R&D, partnering with IT, Quality, and vendors to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

You will drive requirements, adoption, and value realization while ensuring data integrity, compliance, and collaboration across global teams. This role may be remote where permitted.

Formación

• Bachelor's or higher in a relevant field with industry experience.
• Experience translating business needs into requirements, user stories, and backlogs.
• Experience delivering regulated laboratory technologies and data platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the product vision, multi-year roadmap, and lifecycle strategy for lab systems and data platforms.
• Own demand intake, translate needs into requirements, and maintain the product backlog.
• Develop data storage strategy and governance for scientific data and master data.
• Lead budgets, vendor coordination, and value-driven delivery with KPIs/OKRs.
• Partner with IT, Quality, Security, and Manufacturing Quality across R&D functions.
• Act as primary escalation point for lab apps, data storage, connectivity, and access; mentor staff.
• Ensure GxP compliance, data integrity, and risk governance across platforms.
