Qualifications

- 8+ years in product ownership, portfolio management, or R&D technology.
- Experience leading Agile product teams translating business needs into tech solutions.
- Experience harmonizing portfolios, reducing tool fragmentation and costs.
- Experience with master data governance, analytics, or data management.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, governance, and multi-year roadmaps for R&D business systems.
- Own lifecycle of applications and master data domains, from intake to retirement.
- Prioritize requirements, translate to user stories, and backlogs.
- Partner with IT, vendors, and engineering to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.
- Lead analytics support with Power BI, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.
- Manage budgets, roadmaps, and vendor relationships; drive user adoption and value.
- Coach teams in Agile practices and align roadmaps with R&D pipelines.
