Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an IT Platform Manager for R&D Advanced Computing, located in Spring House, PA; Raritan, NJ; Beerse, BE; or fully remote. The role leads Digital Imaging technology platforms, guiding architecture, deployments, and cloud-based strategies to accelerate Innovative Medicine R&D.

Responsibilities include setting roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and driving scalable, cost-efficient solutions across international teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Science, or related field and 6+ years of experience; OR Master’s with 4+ years of experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams, programs and projects with business acumen.
• Experience with AWS EC2 and S3; Windows platform experience; vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy/roadmaps for Digital Imaging technology platforms and lead deployments.
• Maintain partnerships with business units across Pre-Clinical Sciences, Oncology, Neuroscience, Immunology, Data Sciences.
• Drive the technology stack including scheduling, monitoring, deployment, orchestration, and infrastructure management.
• Leverage cloud computing to deliver effective solutions and modern imaging capabilities.
• Lead, develop and motivate direct reports within a global team.
