Job summary

You will partner with global education teams, IT, and stakeholders to build a scalable, modern learning-technology ecosystem, measure adoption and impact, and drive cross-border transformation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess and inventory LMS and education technology systems globally.
• Define and prioritize technology requirements with education teams.
• Support development of global learning technology strategy and roadmap.
• Establish global standards and governance for learning tech.
• Lead cross-functional requirements gathering for future platforms.
• Support RFPs and platform selection with vendor evaluations and business cases.
• Collaborate with IT for rollout, governance, and change management.
• Evaluate new learning tech to improve learner experience and impact.
• Track KPIs for adoption, effectiveness, and satisfaction.
• Build relationships to align enterprise strategies and priorities.
