Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of experience providing IT support and leading corporate IT operations.
• Experience leading multiple IT functions while balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day operational support.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing IT procurement, vendor management, procurement budget, and technology sourcing.
• Demonstrated ability to develop IT strategy and lead organizational change.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks, Windows/Mac OS, Office 365, networking basics, and endpoint management.
• Understanding of wireless networking technologies.
• Proficient in Jira Service Desk or other ticketing solutions such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Salesforce.
• Prior experience with Okta/Entra, Intune, Office365, and telephony solutions.
• Microsoft/Azure AD and group policy experience.
• Experience creating standard operating procedures.
• ITIL Certification is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with external and internal stakeholders and executives, and the ability to simplify complex technological topics.

• Define strategy and maintain roadmaps for the IT organization including Service Desk, Customer Support, Procurement, Facilities, and Corporate IT.
• Oversee standardized reporting and communication framework providing transparency into status, initiatives, and risks.
• Lead incident management and serve as interface between clients and technical teams during outages.
