You will guide identity services, automation, and cross-team collaboration, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable technology services across on-prem and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities include directing modernization efforts, managing incidents, and mentoring teammates, while maintaining runbooks and architecture documentation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure roles (Systems/Infrastructure Engineer or senior resource).
• Strong Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy and hybrid identity expertise.
• Advanced VMware vSphere/ESXi/vCenter administration and troubleshooting.
• Solid AWS infrastructure experience (EC2, IAM, networking, cloud ops).
• Proven track record guiding infrastructure projects end-to-end.
• Experience as senior escalation point during critical incidents and outages.
• PowerShell automation and scripting proficiency.
• Experience with vulnerability remediation, patch management, and lifecycle management.
• Audit remediation, access reviews, compliance docs, regulatory support experience.
• Strong DNS/DHCP, networking fundamentals, and infra troubleshooting knowledge.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and automation/configuration-management.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction, lifecycle, and health of Windows infrastructure platforms.
• Establish standards, baselines, and operational practices across infra services.
• Lead modernization initiatives across Windows, VMware, AWS, identity platforms, and endpoint management.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements for reliability, security, and scalability.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex infra incidents and issues.
• Lead major incident response efforts and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Design, administer, and optimize Windows Server environments and hybrid identity services.
• Manage Active Directory, Entra ID, GPO, identity sync, and authentication services.
• Maintain VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter; support related components.
• Administer AWS services including EC2, IAM, networking, monitoring, and storage.
• Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, load balancing, certificates, and core infra dependencies.
• Lead audit remediation, access reviews, and infrastructure controls improvements.
• Collaborate with Security to improve vulnerability management and identity governance.
• Design and implement automation using PowerShell, IaC, APIs, and cloud-native tools.
• Eliminate manual processes via automation, orchestration, and workflow improvements.
• Develop repeatable deployment, maintenance, patching, and compliance standards.
• Maintain infrastructure docs, diagrams, standards, and runbooks.
• Mentor engineers, admins, and Service Desk through leadership and knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate with Infra, Security, Service Desk, DBA, Applications, and vendors to raise operational maturity.
