Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director of Product Management - Health Data Interoperability to shape the strategy and roadmap for interoperability solutions across healthcare data exchange platforms.

You will lead a team of 4-5 Product Owners, drive innovation, and partner with executive leadership to align investments with regulatory and market needs. This role focuses on improving patient access, provider workflows, and secure data sharing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management/healthcare tech or interoperability.
• 5+ years leading product teams and complex portfolios.
• 4+ years with HL7, FHIR, CDA, X12 and related standards.
• 3+ years with cloud platforms, APIs, data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term strategy and roadmap for health data interoperability solutions.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch and retirement.
• Develop business cases, KPIs, and ROI analyses for initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, Sales, and Success teams.
• Mentor Product Managers and Product Owners; build governance practices.
