Job summary

iCIMS is seeking a Senior Director of Integrations to lead a global team and transform our integration practice into a scalable, repeatable capability that drives customer outcomes and growth.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Support to standardize delivery, advance HCM connectors (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP, Oracle, ADP, UKG), and build India as a strategic delivery center.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading enterprise software integration, technical consulting, or professional services.
• Proven experience leading managers and global technical teams.
• Experience standardizing highly customized delivery environments.
• Experience improving supportability, operational stability, and customer support outcomes.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of HCM industry and related technology is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the multi-year vision and roadmap for the integration organization.
• Establish a scalable operating model balancing customer flexibility with standardization and efficiency.
• Transform integration delivery toward reusable frameworks, repeatable methodologies, and standardized implementation patterns.
• Develop governance models, operating metrics, and executive reporting for accountability and continuous improvement.
• Leverage automation, AI, accelerators, and reusable assets to improve quality, predictability, and productivity.
• Own delivery performance for all integration engagements.
• Improve implementation predictability, quality, efficiency, and profitability.
• Establish executive governance and performance management across the integration organization.
