Sales Talent, Inc. is seeking a leader to guide a nationwide inside sales organization as it scales. You will partner with executive leadership to develop managers, improve performance, and shape strategic initiatives that drive growth across the business.

You will coach through Sales Managers and front-line leaders, building scalable processes, and fostering a high-performance culture while delivering measurable improvements in productivity and accountability.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading large inside sales organizations.
• Proven success leading through Sales Managers and front-line leaders.
• Strong coaching and leadership development skills.
• Experience improving sales performance through process and accountability.
• Operationally disciplined with strong analytical decision-making ability.

Aufgaben

• Lead approximately 100 inside sales professionals across multiple business units.
• Coach and develop Sales Managers and Team Leads while building future leaders.
• Improve sales productivity, conversion rates, and overall organizational performance.
• Build scalable coaching programs and management frameworks.
• Create accountability across the sales organization through consistent leadership cadence.
• Monitor KPIs, pipeline health, productivity, and operational performance.
• Partner with Operations to improve lead flow, efficiency, and execution.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and leadership development initiatives.
• Lead strategic projects that support continued company growth.
• Collaborate directly with executive leadership on organizational priorities and long-term initiatives.
