Job summary

Luxury Presence is seeking a seasoned sales leader to take the reins of our inside sales organization and drive the journey from $100M to $300M ARR. You will own a team of roughly 120 people and be responsible for the number, talent, and the operating system that powers growth.

You will lead a world-class, AI-forward sales engine, lifting productivity and building a robust leadership bench to scale the organization while partnering with GTM Ops to centralize tooling and processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales leadership across company growth stages.
• Experience leading inside sales organizations of multiple layers of management.
• Proven ability to grow a sales org through revenue inflection in SaaS/tech.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the revenue plan for inside sales and drive the 100M–300M ARR journey.
• Increase ARR per rep and improve win rate and ramp time.
• Strengthen leadership depth across directors and managers for scalable growth.
• Partner with GTM Ops to build a centralized AI selling model.
• Establish forecasting accuracy, pipeline coverage, and ramp playbooks.
• Lead from the front and maintain a high standard of execution.
